Recently, Shanghai Chunye Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. announced a successful project milestone—the company's professional technical service team completed the on-site installation and commissioning of a full set of pollution source online monitoring equipment at a wastewater treatment plant in Mianyang, Sichuan Province. The project has been officially delivered and put into operation, adding another benchmark case for digital supervision of local sewage treatment.
In this collaboration, after extensive scheme screening, the plant ultimately selected Chunye's one-stop environmental monitoring total solution. The project is equipped with the company's self-developed data acquisition and transmission instruments, as well as COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus online water quality monitoring complete equipment. The entire set of hardware and software is uniformly integrated, enabling 24/7 automatic monitoring of effluent water quality, with monitoring data directly connected to the environmental protection supervision platform—fully addressing the shortcomings of the plant's previous manual monitoring mode.
After the project was initiated, Chunye's engineering team rushed to the Mianyang site immediately. They developed a standardized on-site construction plan based on the plant's station room layout and discharge point conditions, and systematically completed the entire workflow of instrument installation, pipeline routing, communication interfacing, and system trial operation. Benefiting from the native compatibility of the company's full range of self-developed instruments, no additional conversion accessories were required on-site, significantly shortening the construction and commissioning period. After multiple rounds of data upload verification and overall system stability testing, the entire system operated smoothly and passed the joint acceptance inspection by the plant's operation and maintenance department.
Before the upgrade, the plant relied on manual timed sampling and testing, which suffered from poor monitoring timeliness. Paper records also struggled to meet the strict regulatory requirements of environmental authorities regarding data traceability and tamper-proofing. After introducing Chunye's complete online monitoring system, the plant achieved fully automatic collection and automatic reporting of key pollution indicators at the main discharge outlet. The system can automatically distinguish equipment statuses such as normal operation, calibration, and faults. During network fluctuations, it automatically caches data, and after network recovery, it automatically resends the data—fundamentally preventing data loss. The entire process fully complies with national environmental online monitoring standards, making the plant's daily environmental supervision work much more worry-free.
During the 72-hour uninterrupted trial operation, the entire set of equipment maintained stable data transmission and complete indicator collection, with no disconnections or data loss. The person in charge of the plant highly recognized the project's implementation results.
This project in Mianyang represents another practical case of Chunye Technology in the southwest region. Over the years, Chunye has been focusing on the field of online monitoring of wastewater and exhaust gas pollution sources, providing one-stop full-process services—including preliminary surveys, customized solution design, on-site installation and commissioning, and post-operation maintenance—to wastewater treatment plants, industrial parks, and water-related production enterprises across the country. After project delivery, Chunye will continue to provide long-term after-sales support to this Mianyang plant, including regular on-site inspections, remote technical support, and consumables supply, ensuring the long-term stable and compliant operation of the entire monitoring system.
Going forward, Chunye Technology will continue to expand its presence in the southwest environmental protection market, leveraging its mature complete monitoring product lines and well-established implementation services to support the digital and standardized development of water environment governance in various regions
