Recently, an online water quality monitoring solution tailored by Chunye Technology for a wastewater station in Chaozhou was successfully implemented. The complete system, including the T9000 CODcr online automatic water quality monitor, T9001 ammonia nitrogen online automatic water quality monitor, T9002 total phosphorus online automatic water quality monitor, T9003 total nitrogen online automatic water quality monitor, and supporting data acquisition and transmission equipment, has completed installation, commissioning, and officially entered trial operation. The solution covers real-time monitoring of key pollutant factors including Chemical Oxygen Demand (CODcr), ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen. All equipment complies with relevant national technical standards and supports Modbus RTU and HJ212-2017 communication protocols, enabling seamless upload of monitoring data and remote management and control.

During the installation process, Chunye Technology's technical team strictly adhered to the specifications in the equipment operation manuals, efficiently completing a series of tasks including the construction of the monitoring substation room, equipment positioning, pipeline laying, and electrical connections. Considering the on-site environment of the wastewater station, the technicians paid special attention to spatial planning for equipment placement — ensuring an operational space of at least ≥600mm on each side and ≥1000mm in front of the instruments. They strictly followed pump and pipeline layout specifications, selecting corrosion-resistant rigid PVC pipes to ensure smooth and stable sample water delivery. After equipment installation, the technical team performed initialization, calibration, and performance testing on each instrument. They confirmed that the T9000 CODcr monitor has a chloride ion masking capacity of up to 20,000 mg/L Cl⁻, the T9001 ammonia nitrogen monitor has a quantification limit of ≤0.15 mg/L, and key indicators such as indication error and repeatability for all devices meet the technical specifications.
