Recently, Shanghai Chunye Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a comprehensive water quality monitoring solution for an integrated sewage treatment station, which has now officially commenced operation. This installation integrated Chunye Technology's core monitoring equipment matrix, including the T9000 series (CODcr, Ammonia Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus, Total Nitrogen), automatic water quality sampler, online pH meter, data acquisition and transmission unit, and explosion-proof cameras, establishing a closed-loop system of "multi-parameter monitoring + intelligent data transmission + full-process control," providing comprehensive technical support for the efficient and stable operation of the sewage treatment station.
During the installation preparation phase, the construction team strictly followed the specifications of each equipment's operation manual and, considering the on-site conditions of the sewage treatment station, scientifically planned the construction of the monitoring substation room and equipment deployment. The substation room was sited close to the main sewage outlet, with the distance to the sampling point controlled within 50m, effectively reducing analysis delay. The station room covers an area of 18m², with the floor raised 300mm above the sampling port and paved with corrosion-resistant floor tiles, fully meeting the environmental requirements for equipment operation. The room is equipped with a stable power supply system exceeding 5000W, featuring 5 three-pin sockets and 2 two-pin sockets, along with an AC power regulator to ensure stable equipment operation in areas with voltage fluctuations. Additionally, air conditioning maintains a constant temperature environment of 5-28°C, avoiding direct sunlight and strong electromagnetic field interference, laying the foundation for long-term reliable equipment operation.
During the core equipment installation phase, technicians followed standardized procedures for instrument deployment and pipeline/electrical connections. The T9000 series cabinet-type monitoring instruments (dimensions: height 1470 × width 500 × depth 400mm) were horizontally fixed, with ≥600mm maintenance space reserved on the left and right sides and ≥1000mm operational space reserved at the front. The T4000 online pH/ORP meter was panel-mounted, fixed according to the standard 93×93mm opening. The T1000 data acquisition and transmission unit was wall-mounted, with an IP65 protection rating ensuring stable operation in outdoor environments. For pipeline layout, rigid PVC pipes were installed with a sloping downward design, minimizing the number of elbows to prevent water retention and freezing issues in winter. The submersible pump selected was a 550W corrosion-resistant model, with an additional 1.0-2.0mm stainless steel filter screen wrapped outside the original filter cover to effectively prevent particulate matter from clogging the pipelines.
During the electrical and communication connection phase, the construction team strictly distinguished between positive and negative terminals, completing the standardized connection of submersible pump lines and data transmission lines. The T9000 series monitoring instruments communicate with the T1000 data acquisition and transmission unit via RS232 and RS485 interfaces, supporting Modbus RTU and HJ212-2017 protocols, enabling automatic upload of monitoring data to the environmental protection monitoring platform every 60 seconds. During the commissioning process, technicians completed instrument initialization and parameter configuration via the touchscreen, setting the automatic calibration cycle to 7 days and the measurement mode to hourly measurement, ensuring the equipment operates automatically according to the preset program. Data accuracy was verified through standard sample checks, with measurement errors for 80% range standard solutions controlled within ±5%, meeting technical specification requirements.
This integrated sewage treatment station has a treatment capacity of 500m³/d and can effectively treat industrial wastewater and domestic sewage. Through Chunye Technology's monitoring equipment, concentration changes of key pollutants such as CODcr, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen can be captured in real-time, with measurement ranges covering 0-10,000mg/L (CODcr), 0-300mg/L (ammonia nitrogen), 0-100mg/L (total phosphorus), and 0-500mg/L (total nitrogen), meeting monitoring requirements for different pollution scenarios. The equipment supports 5-year data storage and automatic fault diagnosis functions. Data is not lost during abnormal power outages, and the equipment can automatically resume operation upon power restoration, significantly reducing manual maintenance costs. The T1000 data acquisition and transmission unit enables real-time data upload, historical data traceability, and equipment status monitoring, supporting 8 analog inputs and 4 switching outputs, adaptable to various monitoring equipment requirements.
