Among them, the T9269C Online Hardness Analyzer, leveraging the core technical advantages of titration colorimetry, offers a measurement range of 0.50-1000ppm, supports free switching between multiple units (mg/L, ppm, mmol/L), boasts a high resolution of 0.001, and maintains measurement accuracy within ±5%, enabling precise detection of subtle changes in water hardness. The device is equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touch screen for intuitive and convenient operation, and features automatic measurement and cleaning functions. Its adjustable measurement cycle (10-9999 minutes) allows flexible adaptation to different monitoring needs. Coupled with 2-year data storage and USB export capabilities, it provides comprehensive data support for water quality traceability in the park. Its wide power input design (110-240VAC, 50/60Hz or 24VDC, 20W) and IP65 protection rating enable it to easily handle the complex power supply environments and harsh working conditions of industrial sites.
To meet the multi-dimensional water quality monitoring needs of the park, this installation also includes several specialized monitoring devices. The online turbidity meter features a large LCD color screen display, with a measurement range covering 0.001-9999 NTU, and supports manual or automatic temperature compensation. The same interface can simultaneously display turbidity values, temperature, and current output values. Paired with dual output methods (4-20mA and RS485), it can seamlessly integrate with the park's existing control system, enabling precise monitoring of turbidity indicators in links such as circulating cooling water and membrane filtration effluent. The suspended solids (sludge) concentration meter offers an ultra-wide range of 0-200,000 mg/L, suitable for concentration monitoring in scenarios like wastewater treatment plant inlets/outlets, aeration tanks, and sludge dewatering. Its multiple installation methods (panel-mounted, wall-mounted, and pipe-mounted) provide flexible adaptation to the installation requirements of different monitoring points within the park.
Addressing the special water quality monitoring needs of some enterprises, a fluoride ion monitor and an online pH/ORP meter have been simultaneously installed. The fluoride ion monitor has a measurement range of 0.02-2000 mg/L, employs a differential signal measurement mode for stability and reliability, and can accurately monitor fluoride ion concentration in industrial water. The online pH/ORP meter can simultaneously monitor pH values (-2.00 to 16.00 pH) and ORP values (-2000 to +2000 mV), with measurement accuracies of ±0.01pH and ±2mV respectively. It features multiple automatic calibration functions and password protection design, ensuring both data accuracy and preventing unauthorized operation by non-staff. Furthermore, supporting CS series sensors and electrode products, such as the digital turbidity sensor (IP68 waterproof rating, measurement range 0.01-4000 NTU) and pH electrode (resistant to hydrofluoric acid and high chloride ion environments), further enhance the adaptability and stability of the entire monitoring system.
During the installation process, Chunye Technology's technical team strictly adhered to industrial equipment installation specifications. Considering the park's pipeline network layout and water usage processes, they scientifically planned equipment installation locations to ensure the rational arrangement of sample inlet, outlet, and waste liquid discharge ports (inlet/outlet ports designed with 6mm tubing). They also completed communication debugging between the equipment and the park's control system, ensuring stable transmission of 4-20mA analog output and RS485 Modbus RTU communication. After commissioning, the technical team provided detailed explanations to the park's maintenance personnel regarding the equipment's daily operation, calibration procedures, and maintenance key points to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
