Short Description:

Digital pH Sensor is an online analytical device for continuous measurement of hydrogen ion activity (pH) in water. It features a rugged combination electrode with a low‑impedance glass sensing bulb and an integral reference electrode. The sensor directly outputs digital data via RS‑485 (Modbus RTU) with automatic temperature compensation (ATC), delivering accurate readings over the full 0–14 pH range. Its durable, waterproof (IP68) housing and low‑maintenance design are suitable for demanding environments such as wastewater treatment, industrial process control, aquaculture, and drinking water monitoring. Unlike analog pH sensors, the digital version eliminates signal interference, supports remote calibration and self‑diagnostics, and enables plug‑and‑play connectivity without cable length restrictions. By providing continuous, real‑time pH data, it helps optimize chemical dosing (acid/alkali), ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain optimal conditions for biological and chemical processes. Introduction:

The newly designed glass bulb increases the bulb area, prevents the generation of interfering bubbles in the internal buffer, and makes the measurement more reliable. Adopt PP shell, upper and lower NPT3/4” pipe thread, easy to install, no need for sheath, and low installation cost. The electrode is integrated with pH, reference, solution grounding, and temperature compensation.

1. Using gel and solid dielectric double liquid interface structure, can be directly used in high viscosity suspension, emulsion, containing protein and other liquid parts of the chemical process easily blocked;

2. Waterproof joint, can be used for pure water detection;

3. No need to supplement the dielectric, small maintenance;

4. Adopt BNC or NPT3/4” thread socket, can be used for foreign electrode interchange;

5.The electrode length of 120, 150, 210mm can be selected according to the need;

6.Used with 316L stainless steel sheath or PPS sheath.
