Comprehensive Coverage! Water Quality Monitoring System at a Wastewater Station in Zhushan Successfully Commissioned by Chunye Technology

Recently, Chunye Technology successfully completed the installation, commissioning, and network acceptance of a complete online water quality monitoring system at a wastewater station in Zhushan, Hubei Province. The equipment has been officially put into stable operation, providing a solid safeguard for local wastewater compliance discharge and smart water environment supervision.

As a key project for regional water environment governance, the wastewater station undertakes the critical task of the centralized treatment and stable compliance discharge of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. Based on the on-site conditions and environmental protection regulatory requirements, Chunye Technology tailored an integrated online monitoring solution, strictly following the national standards HJ 477-2009 and HJ 212-2017, achieving precise data collection, secure transmission, and full traceability.

The installation comprehensively covers Chunye Technology's full range of water quality monitoring products, including online automatic monitors for CODcr, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and BOD, as well as online pH meters, online dissolved oxygen meters, online turbidity meters, ultrasonic liquid level meters, portable ORP meters, and a data acquisition and transmission unit as the core data device. Each device features high-precision measurement, automatic calibration and maintenance, wide range adaptability, stable communication transmission, waterproof durability, and data security encryption, fully meeting the needs of the wastewater station for multi-parameter continuous online monitoring and data network management.

During the construction period, the technical team strictly followed the specifications of the wastewater station building, scientifically arranged the pipelines and electrical circuits, and completed equipment calibration and integrated commissioning. Ultimately, the data acquisition rate, transmission qualification rate, and equipment operation rate all reached 100%. The system enables 24/7 uninterrupted monitoring and automatic early warnings for anomalies, providing reliable data support for environmental law enforcement and operational management.
