Recently, Shanghai Chunye Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of a customized integrated online water quality monitoring system for an industrial electronics company in Shanghai. The system has been officially put into stable operation, providing fully automatic, high-precision monitoring guarantees for the company's production water, circulating water treatment, and discharge compliance.

To meet the high requirements of the industrial electronics company's production processes for water stability and environmental compliance, Chunye Technology provided a total solution covering conventional five parameters, COD, and ammonia nitrogen. This includes the T9066 Cabinet Multi-parameter Monitor, T9000 CODcr Online Monitor, T9001 Ammonia Nitrogen Monitor, T9050 Split Multi-parameter Meter, and CS series digital sensors (pH, turbidity, suspended solids, oil in water, colorimetry). These instruments can monitor key parameters such as pH, conductivity, turbidity, residual chlorine, COD, ammonia nitrogen, and temperature in real-time, meeting the monitoring needs of pure water, circulating water, and discharge water.

The installation and commissioning strictly followed industrial site standards. The Chunye technical team completed the entire process of cabinet positioning, pipeline connection, sensor calibration, and communication integration:

1.The water sample interface adopts a 3point quick connect design, with flow rate stably controlled at 200–600 mL/min, suitable for parallel water intake by multiple devices.

2.The signal supports multiple outputs (RS485 Modbus RTU, 4–20 mA, RS232), seamlessly integrating into the company's control platform for stable remote data transmission.

3.Functions such as automatic calibration, one key maintenance, abnormal alarm, and 5 year data storage were debugged, enabling unattended longterm operation.

The performance of the deployed equipment is outstanding:

T9000 COD Monitor: uses the potassium dichromate oxidation spectrophotometric method, with a range of 0–10,000 mg/L and effective masking of high chloride interference.

T9001 Ammonia Nitrogen Monitor: uses the salicylic acid spectrophotometric method, with a quantification limit ≤0.15 mg/L, low drift, and high repeatability.

T9066 Multi parameter Meter: features historical trending and three level alarms, with protection ratings up to IP54/IP65.

CS series digital sensors: plug and play, replacement without recalibration, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

After project acceptance, Chunye Technology provided special training for the operation and maintenance team of the Shanghai industrial electronics company, covering operation, calibration, and maintenance procedures. Key points such as reagent replenishment, pipeline cleaning, electrode maintenance, and periodic calibration were clearly explained to ensure longterm stability and reliability.
