Today, Shanghai Chunye Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the installation, cabling, calibration, and commissioning of a full set of water quality monitoring instruments for a wastewater treatment plant in Chuzhou. All monitoring equipment has been officially put into operation, building a solid water quality monitoring defense line with intelligent technology and safeguarding the local water environment with professional services.
This project, taking into account the plant's process layout, monitoring points, and complex on-site conditions, deployed a one-stop suite of multiple self-developed core water quality monitoring devices in a comprehensive and full-coverage manner. These include online pH/ORP meters, online dissolved oxygen meters, CODcr/ammonia nitrogen/total phosphorus/total nitrogen online analyzers, suspended solids concentration meters, ultrasonic sludge interface level meters, ultrasonic level meters, open channel flow meters, and vortex flow meters, achieving full-process monitoring of nine key indicators in wastewater treatment.
All instruments in the series uniformly support 85~265VAC/9~36VDC dual power supply modes and come standard with 4~20mA analog output and Modbus RTU communication. The water quality analyzers additionally support the HJ212 environmental protection protocol, enabling seamless connection to environmental supervision platforms. Some devices are equipped with multiple relays, allowing for linked alarms, automatic cleaning, and chemical dosing systems, thus integrating monitoring with automated control.
After installation, technicians performed calibration and functional debugging on each device one by one: The pH/ORP meters underwent two-point and three-point standard solution calibrations and on-site comparisons to ensure accurate acidity/alkalinity and oxidation-reduction potential data; the dissolved oxygen meters had their response parameters optimized, achieving a response time of <60 seconds at 25°C to meet the monitoring requirements of aerobic tanks; the multi-parameter water quality analyzers underwent reagent ratio, digestion parameter, and standard sample verification settings, supporting automatic/manual calibration and capable of storing up to 5 years of historical data; the sludge and level instruments underwent signal and distance measurement debugging to avoid on-site environmental interference.
Additionally, all instruments in the series are equipped with multi-level password protection, historical data query, device self-diagnostics, and other features, making operation convenient, effectively preventing misoperation by unauthorized personnel, and significantly reducing later operation and maintenance pressure.
