T4010 Online Ion Selective Analyzer
An Online Ion Selective Analyzer (ISA) is a sophisticated automated instrument designed for the continuous, real-time monitoring of specific ion concentrations in liquid samples. Primarily used in industrial process control, environmental protection, and water/wastewater treatment facilities, it provides critical data without the delays associated with manual laboratory sampling.
The core of the system utilizes ion-selective electrodes (ISEs), which generate a voltage signal proportional to the activity (concentration) of a target ion, such as ammonium (NH₄⁺), nitrate (NO₃⁻), fluoride (F⁻), or potassium (K⁺). The integrated analyzer automates the entire process: it periodically draws a sample, conditions it (e.g., adjusts pH or adds ionic strength adjusters), measures the electrode potential, and calculates the concentration based on a pre-loaded calibration curve. Advanced models feature multi-channel capabilities for monitoring several ions simultaneously, along with self-cleaning mechanisms, automatic calibration, and data logging.
